Do you really not charge a call-out fee?
Correct. You only pay for the work that's done, and we agree that price with you before we start. We'd rather earn your trust than nickel-and-dime you for showing up.
Are you available at weekends and at night?
Yes — our emergency line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. Emergency rates apply outside normal hours and we'll always tell you the rate before we set off.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Every engineer who works on gas is Gas Safe registered, and we're happy to show our card on arrival. We also carry £5m public liability insurance.
Will I get a price before the work starts?
Always. For most jobs we'll give you a guide price on the phone, and you'll get a firm price on site before anything begins. No work goes ahead without your agreement.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All our workmanship is backed by a 12-month guarantee. If something we installed or repaired isn't right, we'll come back and sort it at no extra cost.
Can you help landlords with certificates?
Absolutely. We provide landlord gas safety records (CP12), boiler servicing and can set up annual reminders so your properties always stay compliant.
